Registering your child:
When registering your child you will be asked to fill in a registration form giving us
important details, contact numbers etc. Please make sure you do make a note of any
allergies your child has.
If there is any change to these details inform the supervisor
as soon as possible.
If for any reason, someone other than the people named on the registration form will be
collecting your child you are asked to fill in a separate form granting your permission.
These are kept on the desk inside the main entrance. If you intend to use someone else
to collect your child regularly please make sure his or her name is on the registration
form.
