Stockbridge Pre-school

There are seven members of staff, at least three of whom are on duty for each morning session.
All members of staff are registered with Ofsted.
The group is registered to take up to 24 children in one session, when a session is full there is always at least five members of staff on duty.

The adult child ratio always meets with the current Ofsted requirements with an aim of always keeping the ratio at 1 to 5 or lower.

This helps us to;

* Give time and attention to each child;
* Talk with the children about their interests and activities;
* Help children to experience and benefit from the activities we provide; and
* Allow the children to explore and be adventurous in safety.
